Refund policy
BUNT INDIA (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) requests customers to carefully read and understand the following policy before placing an order. By placing an order with BUNT INDIA through our website, social media platforms, or any other sales channel, the customer agrees to the terms stated herein.
Order Cancellation

BUNT INDIA reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, with or without assigning any reason.

Orders cancelled before dispatch will be eligible for a refund after deduction of a 5% cancellation fee towards processing and administrative costs.

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
No Returns / No Refunds
BUNT INDIA does not offer returns or refunds on products once delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage, as defined below.
Customers are advised to carefully review all product details, specifications, dimensions, finishes, and descriptions before placing an order. For any clarifications, customers are encouraged to contact us prior to ordering.
Ordering products based solely on photographs and written descriptions involves inherent limitations, and BUNT INDIA shall not be responsible for any mismatch in expectations.
Manufacturing Defects & Transit Damage
Replacement (part or full product, as applicable) will be provided only in the event of:

Manufacturing defects, or

Transit damage at the time of delivery
Eligibility Conditions:

The customer must notify BUNT INDIA within 24 hours of delivery

Clear photographs/videos of the defect or damage must be shared via email or official communication channel

Complaints raised after this period will be treated as usage-related and will not be accepted
Resolution & Replacement

In case of genuine defects or major mismatch in specifications, BUNT INDIA will offer an appropriate resolution such as repair, replacement of parts, or replacement of the product, wherever feasible.

Replacement is subject to stock availability.

If replacement is not possible due to non-availability, a refund may be issued at BUNT INDIA’s discretion.
Returns in Exceptional Cases
Returns may be considered only in exceptional cases, entirely at the discretion of BUNT INDIA.

Reverse pickup is not guaranteed and will be attempted on a best-effort basis

If reverse pickup cannot be arranged, the customer must return the product using a reputed Tier-1 courier service

Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in proper condition

Any damage during reverse transit due to improper packing or inappropriate courier selection may result in deductions from the refund amount
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days after the product is received and inspected at the BUNT INDIA warehouse.
Non-Returnable Reasons
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

Minor variations in color, shade, polish, fabric, finish, or texture compared to photographs

Differences caused by lighting conditions, screen resolution, or photography

Dimension variations up to 1–2 inches, which fall within standard manufacturing tolerances

Personal preference or dissatisfaction arising from expectation mismatch
Customers with strict requirements regarding color, finish, texture, or dimensions are advised not to place orders without physical inspection.
Responsibility During Returns
For approved returns:

The responsibility of ensuring safe and damage-free return of the product to BUNT INDIA lies with the customer

Any damage during reverse transit may attract repair or handling charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount
Final Decision
All decisions regarding cancellation, returns, replacements, and refunds shall be final and binding, at the sole discretion of BUNT INDIA.
